To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide a clear unboxing video as proof. Requests without proper proof may not be accepted.
We do not accept returns for used products or minor variations in color, texture, or design that may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
